Positive experience overall
Easy to navigate showroom. Given plenty of time and space to browse, with an offer of assistance when needed. Mariola very helpful with product explanation and final decision making, as well as clear explanation provided during the transaction process.

Cory was very informative with his advice without being pushy, really looking forward to our new suite being delivered. Would recommend sofology to anyone, quality is far superior to other furniture outlets.

Very helpful staff
On my first visit, I had plenty of time to look around and on a subsequent visit, the assistant was very helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy enabling me to choose my sofa.

Amazing customer service from Ashley
Amazing customer service from Ashley. No pressure sales and even gave us swatches to take home and confirm our choice. The whole purchase was so easy. Ashley was extremely knowledgeable and a credit to sofology.

Very pleasant and relaxed buying experience
Wendy was very imformative, friendly,helpful and profesional.
No pressure when we visited to view or when we came in to place the order.
It was made clear when we entered that we were free to browse and that we would be left alone unless we wanted help.
