Gordon was very helpful from the onset. He showed us various sofas that was to our liking and left it to our decision to choose. He was friendly and professional and very knowledgeable as he very willingly showed us all of the features in the sofas that we were interested in and guided us in making the right decision.

Evelina provided a first-class sales service, explaining the relative merits of each of the sofa suites we were interested in and answering knowledgably any questions we raised. The Croydon store showcases a wide range of suites in a pleasing environment and what with Evelina's sales service, it made our buying experience very pleasurable today.

I had a very pleasant experience at the store especially service provided by Gordon. He was very understanding, helpful and gave excellent customer service . Because of his service I will visit the store again.

We went on a Sunday. The parking was easy, the shop wasn't crowded. We were greeted by a women called Amen who gave us the space to look around and helped answer questions. A very good experience overall.
