Karen introduced herself and explained how Sofology works as we've never shopped there before. Karen was lovely, friendly and knowledgable. All our queries about dimensions etc were answered. Not once did we feel pressured or harassed but equally never once did we have to search for help. This helped us relax and feel at ease to browse and try different sofas. We found what we've been looking for,that we didn't find in other stores. Approached Karen and she went through everything about the purchase and about the extended warranty and cleaning kit.Could not have asked for a lovelier assistant than Karen, she is a gem.

Delighted with the service we received at Sofology. We were given the time and space to wander the store ourselves, but the team was quick to provide advice and help when we needed it. We felt no pressure to make a purchase. We ordered 4 two-seater sofas and the ordering process was smooth, simple and transparent. Looking forward to receiving the sofas in due course.

Your company too three times my deposit and now have pushed me over my credit limit. This leaves me with an interest payment, has an affect on my credit score and leaves me no money at a time when it is difficult enough after Xmas. This is your issue and has now been 7 days and still unresolved

We returned to Sofology in Dundee to purchase a new sofa. Derek greeted us and spent time discussing the sofa options we had chosen. Derek was very welcoming, friendly and extremely knowledgeable and helpful which gave us peace of mind in choosing the right sofa. The store was very clean & all staff greeted us with a smile - great customer service.
