We had a fantastic experience at Sofology thanks to Tom from the sales team. From the moment we arrived, he was incredibly friendly and took the time to really understand our room layout and what we were looking for. He carefully showed us sofas that genuinely met our requirements and gave detailed, clear information on each one - often even predicting whether we’d like something before we said a word!

Tom’s knowledge was outstanding, not just about the products themselves but also the services available. He gave honest advice, suggesting the best materials and options for our needs rather than trying to upsell the most expensive sofa. On top of that, he made the whole experience fun and relaxed with his jokes and personal insights, which made what could have been an overwhelming decision genuinely enjoyable.

Overall, we couldn’t be happier with the service we received. Tom went above and beyond, and we wouldn’t go anywhere else for a sofa.

Kabir has been fantastic and spent a lot of time discussing the details of each sofa in the shop and we love what we finally purchased. Super friendly advisor. Will come back.
