The assistant sales lady was very professional, she knew the products in her showroom which made the sale very much easier for use. She was fantastic

What a fabulous experience we had dealing with Tom today. We went in looking to have a look, and left with our perfect buys. He suggested looking at one which I perhaps would not have thought of, but after sitting on it, we fell in love. We visited DFS next door, and felt pressured to make a purchase. We decided to go to Sofology to compare, and actually made our purchase in a more relaxed, conversational environment. It’s clear Tom puts the customers needs and wants first. Thank you so much Tom

We got excellent support from Khabir and tried different sofas until we decided on the one we wanted.

Ive got to say Shanice our sales assistant was lovely. She made my partner and I very comfortable offered us a coffee(handmade not machine) and made our experience enjoyable. She sorted us out a free cleaning kit to go alongside the 2 seater recliner i purchased.
10/10 for making our trip to Sofaology fun
