Was dealt with by a very friendly lady Diana, who was extremely patient and helpful with us deliberating between sofas.
We await the delivery and hope the experience is just as good as the sales experience.

Received completely different colours…
Received completely different colours of the same Set of Sofas. Been trying to contact someone who can resolve the issue and change the wrong coloured single seater. Moreover, one has to be completely blind to have despatched these. Wish someone would have paid a bit of attention before dispatching.

Absolutely disgusted with the service…
Absolutely disgusted with the service we have been provided by @sofology. Delay without an explanation and then delivered with tears, faults and structural damage. Unable to look at until the 5th January. So spent over £3K to sit on a damaged sofa at Christmas.

Brilliant from start to finish.
Having been greeted at the door as we entered the premises, we were then guided through the various permutations of sofas and informed of the different features available and whether or not individual sofas were suitable for our intended circumstances. We found this invaluable in making our decision and gave us great confidence. Well done.
