Very helpful lovely staff

It was great to be able to browse the store without constant monitoring. We felt relaxed and able to make a decision when we were ready.

Adam was extremely helpful and welcoming. He showed great patience throughout and made the whole experience smooth and comfortable. A truly great employee thank you, Adam, for your excellent service!

I have purchased a four seat and a two seat sofa, after two months wait, they attempted two failed deliveries as the four seats sofa does not fit in the lift or stairs, however as a customer I liked the sofa and bought it, but the sales Pearson did not mentioned anything about the four seats sofa that it will comes in one massive peace? Even though I did give them my address that I live in a flat? Sofology sales manger Adam and their customer service Brat neither of those took any responsibility instead suggested to send the four seats sofa to be split which means I need to pay even more money upfront, otherwise they will not process my order and it will take up to 13 more weeks to arrive.

Very nice staff was helpful answered all the questions I had to ask. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Adam the store manager was absolutely brilliant. He was knowledgable, helpful and worked hard to find the CORRECT reclining sofa for us. We returned the next day and put him through another hour or two of, what to us was hard work, to him seemed a pleasure. We were very happy to give Sofology the business. The store is well stocked, tidy and in immaculate condition.
