Thankyou for looking after me today

I purchased 2 sofas - one refurbished and i ordered a similar new one. I was advised the new will be exactly the same as the old, but I ordered a massagers. When delivered the new did not have the side buttons and it was not working even with the remote. When I complained i was told "as per our return policy we cannot issue a refund or pick the sofa up". Very very bad customer service. very arrogant staff. Will never buy again. Don't use this company.

only one small hiccup , when asked to demonstrate a multi item lumbar chair it failed to operate.

Barry was fab! Very helpful but also gave us space to wonder. He told us about the clearance section which we ended up getting our sofa set for less then £900 all in!

We went in to buy a sofa and bought two!

Worst experience ever. No option to speak to a superior after calling numerous times. They kept my credit note and gave me 7days to use it (where i'd have to be in a store, call their customer support team, which they then issue a ticket for another customer support team member to call me back within 48 hours) basically, i'd have to live in that store or quit my job as i'd have to be back in the store when deciding on a simple footstool! I was told you have to add extra, such as delivery and insurance that i did not want. I was happy to pick up the footstool from the store, while i was there. They don't give you your credit note back, it's simply held, to try to force you to buy quickly and more from them. Will never shop Sofology. I almost did that mistake once.
