Bought a sofa, said they’d ring the next day, three days later I phoned, told I’d get a call back in the next few days, still waiting for a call 5 days on from that call……

First of all, got my name wrong it Mr ward secondly you rang me back up to say I’m paid enough when I had and then you got the wrong address is 2 Argent Terrace not 2 Silver hill

A brilliant shopping experience
We purchased the first sofas we saw as we walked in the door! The staff were lovely, very efficient and friendly, and left us alone to decide on our purchases but were there immediately we had questions to ask. A brilliant way to spend £2500!

Brilliant sales guy at Farnborough branch. Not pushy, good product knowledge, answered our questions succinctly . Good rap ore with him and we walked away happy with the choices we made.
