Excellent customer service from staff at Gateshead branch.

Staff were amazing very helpful and explained every thing clear , very professional.

Danielle served us and was very knowledgeable and helpful when I asked questions. There was no pressure to buy that day and she is the reason we came back same day to the store and purchased our sofa.

Dan at Sofology was really helpful when I was choosing my sofa. She took the time to explain the different functions, the size and proportions, and what might work best for my space.

She was very patient throughout and also gave some helpful advice on how to look after the sofa and what after-sales support is available.

I decided to buy using the finance option and Dan clearly explained the instalment plan and the application process, which made everything very easy.

Overall it was a really smooth experience and great service. Looking forward to receiving my new sofa!

It felt like she genuinely wanted us to find the right sofa for our home rather than just make a sale.
