No hard sell, allowed to peruse throughout the store uninterrupted. Assistance was available when required. Generally a good experience.

Staff were very attentive to what I was looking for and helped with an affordable payment plan to suit my budget.

Lisa was most helpful providing advice on style, fabrics and colours and very patient as we flip flopped over our choice of sofas.

Relaxed informative experience resulting in my wife and purchasing a recliner sofa. Staff person was very helpful and personable.

Walked into the shop after visiting other sofa shops in the area, we were walking around the store and approached by Lisa, her supper friendly chat and asking what we were looking for and then proceeding to show us to sofa's she felt would suit won us round.What a lovely person no pressure no pushing just genuine great caring person.

This is a strange one, they have asked me to review Sofology when I have not taken delivery of furniture yet. I will review the service I received so far. 5 stars, excellent customer service from Josh at the Paisley store. Cannot really do much more than that. When I get delivery of sofa I wouldbe happy to complete honestly again.

The staff don't pester you. They are friendly and nothing is a bother to them. They take the time to explain how to choose the sofa that suits you.

I had already decided on my sofas and this was my final visit. Very happy with the sales experience and the help received to purchase.
