Had the best non pushy experience buying from Sofology. The sales person (Nina Salimi)was fantastic from beginning to end.

Staff member Brian was excellent at explaining everything to myself an husband nothing was a bother great customer service

Again, we've bought our second sofa from sofology. Great people in showroom, no pressure and allow you to decide and no hard sell.

We were approached by Kev on our arrival, who was very welcoming and friendly, what I did like was he introduced himself and said if we need any help just to give him a shout. No pressure buying from him fantastic, we went on to order our sofa, so look forward to it being delivered.

Cyril great with our daughter & goes on about him all the time & how friendly he was! Wrote her a little note about starting school in August. Lovely touch! Cant wait for new couch have previously bought from this store 6 years ago only reason getting a new sofa is because moving house otherwise absolutely nothing wrong with the sofa stayed in great condition despite having baby/toddler mess!

I visited here at the weekend and was supported by Rachel in the store. She was so helpful and knowledgeable. She made something I was quite stressed about feel so easy. I was so grateful for how I was made to feel, excited for my new sofa now. Would recommend, she could not have been more helpful. Outstanding service.

We went into the glasgow store initially just to look around but with half an intention to buy, Cyril was exceptionally helpful without being pushy, we had all the time in the world to sit and try the sofas. We went back later that day to look again. We eventually went home and ordered online as Cyril had put the sofa we wanted into our basket. Lets see how the sofa is when it arrives. I have heard good things so not worried at all.

Great selection from doors & staff really friendly & helpful. No hassle no problem if asking questions plus advice not to be bothered with unnecessary sites..lol. but could ask for more really. Very accommodating. & Great selection.

Andy greet in the store, telling me take your time don't be rushed if you need any assistance call me or my colleagues were all here to help. When found sofa I seen on line and decided to buy. I went looking My sofology salesman Andy... He was absolutely great, no pushing for the sale nor to buy extra care insurance and product. We had a gab absolutely great honestly. Explained EVERYTHING several time may I add... Andy is a credit to your store.
