The shop on London Road was stunning and was very inviting. Plenty of choice and the shop smelled amazing.

We were helped by Darragh who went above and beyond and was very informative.

We went with my father and mother in law who are Portuguese and Darragh made them feel welcome and included in the sale which was much appreciated.

We cannot wait for our new couch in a few weeks and I couldn’t recommend Darragh enough for anyone looking for a new couch

We had a great experience buying our new sofa from Sofology London Road Glasgow. Ivetka who sold us the sofa really did give us 5 star treatment. Very knowledgeable about the whole process right up to delivery and about the care package which we went with. She was also very bubbly and such a nice person. We could have stayed all day and chatted. So thank you very much for your help as it’s been a while since we purchased our last sofa. We look forward to getting our new sofa. Which was the Luella. From the initial sales experience in the Glasgow store, all of the following communication, verbal and written and today's delivery, our experience with sofology has been absolutely tremendous, topped off with the professionalism of the two lads on the delivery and assembly today, (although not from the Glasgow store, they had the same approach) not a word of complaint or negativity, despite getting soaked through during the delivery. My wife and I could not recommend this company highly enough, what a fantastic experience, it's so true that people make a business successful and the team we have dealt with have been superb, each and every one...thank you Sofology, we will be back!

I would say that sales assistant Iveka was the reason my experience was so good.So knowledgable on products explaining all changes available and all with a smile.This young lady is a credit to your company.On a humerous note I think she could sell ice to the Eskimos.

Ordered our sofa today ,we were assisted by Arlene, she was so helpful, really chatty and a lovely person, Its not always a given that you will receive good customer service these days , but today we certainly did . Would recommend Sofology for their good choice of sofas and friendly staff.

Ivetka was fantastic in the London road store

Visit felt very welcoming and relaxed, the staff were attentive but not overpowering. I haven’t shopped for sofa in years and was worried it would be all about sales and commission, it wasn’t here. I wasn’t put off at all, in fact I felt very comfortable asking questions and chatting. Leanne was friendly and took her time to talk through everything. She was lovely to deal with.

Great choice of sofas. Lots of material & colour options. Like the 'no hard sell' approach. It took us a few visits to truly decide what we wanted and the staff were helpful and patient with us.
The ordering process was great & great finance option allowing us to add on all the care package.
Matt was a great help during this, explaining everything clearly. Friendly manner from him but also the others in the shop as we visited a few times. Happy to work around the times that we needed for delivery as the sofa is one part of our project!
Can't wait for our new sofas to arrive and will pass on photos once room is finished.

Let us take our time , no sales hassle to get a sale, that you get in other shops .Asked about our home. Size etc making sure we were making the right decsion . We found our dream sofa for our first apartment at Sofology. We couldn’t be more happy for our choice, we bought the Cocoon sofa which in our opinion is the most comfortable sofa we ever sat on!

Gordon was very helpful. Took time to explain all options available. Allowed us to measure sofa to ensure all measurements fit in our space.

We had a really positive experience in store. Desmond, the sales advisor, was welcoming and listened carefully to our needs. He explained clearly the features and benefits of the sofa we were looking at, and was patient when waiting for my husband and I to come to a decision.
The only issue I have is not being kept informed of the expected delivery date. It has now been 3 weeks since placing the order, but there has been no update or indication of possible date.

Selection of sofas with add ons (heated seats and lumbar) and materials is incredible, absolutely in love with my new corner sofa. Gordon in the London Road store was excellent, helped us customise the sofa with everything we wanted. Thank you!
