Great choice and everything explained well.

We went into the store to see the sofa’s then ordered on line, Excellent staff in every department

We were met by Michael who asked which soda we wanted, the 2 we chose weren’t in store, there was one that was a combination of both sofas, after trying it out, we decided to go for it. Michael took us through everything and made our visit worthwhile. Would recommend Sofology to family & friends.

Michael F was a true gent and extremely helpful on deciding a new sofa for my new flat.
His knowledge and understanding was second to none and I didn't feel pressured into any decision , whilst weighing up options and seeking advice. Due to being a new home buyer, the finance options were really helpful also and manageable.
The overall customer service and customer care from Michael and the team at Sofology from start to finish was outstanding.

Friendly and helpful staff. Welcoming atmosphere and explained the buying and up keep of our new sofa perfectly! Didn't feel pushed to buy and we were made aware of all costs and delivery timescales upfront. Would definitely recommend!

I had a great experience last week in your showroom. You have a lot of beautiful products and I loved getting to view and sample them all. When it came to making my pick I was helped by an assistant called Kimberly. She was lovely, very kind and patient and she honestly couldn’t do enough to help me with product sizes information and ensuring I was happy with my choice. I would definitely recommend your store and products to my friends and family and really excited about my upcoming delivery. Thank you Sofology and especially to Kimberly for all her help and patience with me that day.

I bought 2 new sofas. The 2 employees who delivered them damaged my property during installation. They took photos and did a report of the damage and said someone would be in touch. I had to chase Sofology up because no one did get in touch. Nearly 10 weeks later issue has not been resolved because the 2 employees are now denying any knowledge of causing the damage or taking photos or carrying out damage report. Sofology have received my money in full, no one is interested in repairing the damage they have caused. Did offer a paltry goodwill payment, but what they offered would never cover the costs of any repairs let alone replacement of my property which cost me over £1000.

Customer sales person was very knowledgeable on all aspects of the trade he is in and anything we asked or needed to know he had an answer .cant rem his name but sure you will know who sold us on the goods .

Michael in the Glasgow store was exceptionally helpful, honest, genuine sales support and advice.

I had a very good experience, me and my wife love sofology sofas. This is our third , we are down sizing and wanted a nice sofa for our apartment . The sales man Matt was amazing his knowledge of the products was great . We ended up buying an Italian leather sofa , small manufacturer and the sales man took us through the full story from start to finish.

Very helpful from start to finish, not intrusive or pushy at all.

I signed up for my new sofa and the sales representative read out what we had agreed to buy before completing the purchase. We decided to add on additional options which we know was going to increase the price. However when I got home I looked over the contract and realised I was getting charged for a corner suite and 2 armchairs when I only ordered 1 armchair. I tried phoning the customer service but to no avail so I had to drive another hour round trip to rectify sofology’s error and when I asked for the floor protection products which were offered for me to purchase at the time of sale to be provided as a gesture of good will, this suggestion was immediately refused with no offer of any good will gesture what so ever. This has made me question my choice of using sofology to buy my new sofa from. It will also now taint my opinion of sofology for any future purchase and I would not recommend sofology to any friends or family.

Sales personnel (Emma) very welcoming, knowledgeable and made the whole shopping and buying experience easy from start to finish between our two visits to the store
