We were greeted with respect and were listened to, we knew what we were looking for and the sales man went straight to it without trying to sway us.

So friendly so knowledgeable

We visited Hove store twice for a new corner settee.
Drew saw us on both occasions and gave us great advice on the purchase and associated products.

He allowed us time to make our decisions and we felt there was no pressure selling.

We would recommend Drew and his colleagues for their expert advice.

James our sales advisor spent a lot of time with us going through options and calculating prices etc. he was extremely pleasant, friendly and patient with us. At no time did we feel pressured. He had a lot of knowledge about all the products and gave advice where we needed it. Aside from the great quality of the product and the warranty, James was one of the main reasons we bought with sofology

From first visiting the store and meeting Rich who expertly guided us through sofa options, to then returning and placing the order, the service and knowledge was exceptional. Very comfortable environment and experience, very happy all round.

Love the sofas we have brought. Felt a little disappointed with the amount of money charged for the delivery.

Fantastic service

I went in to buy a sofabed to co-ordinate with existing furniture. The salesperson was very attentive, knowledgeable and helped me to find the perfect one, answering all my questions and arranging finance. A very enjoyable stress free experience. Thank you

Great visit, Vernessa who we originally spoke with was very helpful and set everything up on our account. On our return, now we are ready to buy (exchange completed on new property), everything was sitting in our account ready for completion. This time speaking with Richard, again very helpful. Everything was explained again so it was all correct and purchase was made. Overall, a very plea sant visit, both times.
Things to note, informative but not pushy is the way forward. I certainly don't want to pressured into buying something as "it's on offer today", as you get from some other companies.
