Great experience, easy process from entering the store and throughout. Wish I had experience like that in every shop.

A very helpful assistant called James who was both very pleasant and informative, and made the difference compared with other similar stores we have visited for guidance on buying our new sofa. To that extent we returned the next day to complete the purchase.

Your assistant Poppy was helpful and very knowledgable about your products. We would recommend her and your company .

Vanessa was very helpful and was happy to answer any questions we had.
The order and payment were put through seamlessly.

We visited Sofology a few times and received excellent service from Drew. He was extremely helpful and took the time to understand our needs completely. We knew we wanted a corner reclining sofa, and he guided us through the options to help us narrow it down. Each time we returned, Drew was consistently welcoming, knowledgeable, and supportive. His approach made the whole process much easier, and we really appreciated his help.

James was amazingly helpful and knowledgeable about the products. He was super patient and really friendly. We visited the store on 2 occasions before we bought our sofa's, he remembered our names! James made it a really positive and fun experience, and have recommended him and Sofology to friends. Thank you James, you're a star 🌟

I bought an arm chair which I wanted to take home that day. They insisted they would deliver it two weeks later.
They kept delaying delivery and lost it. THREE MONTHS LATER it was delivered damaged. I had tried to get it sooner but it seems by malice they just delayed it further and further. If this is the delay for a ready to deliver arm chair then I hate to think what happens to sofas and three piece suits that are made to order. See other reviews where people wait months and get messed around. Sofology are not worth the risk.
Before Sofology put a standard generic response please can they write what they are going to do to avoid this happening again?

Rich! Rich made our experience great. He was so helpful, knowledgeable and made making such a big purchase easy and enjoyable.

James in store was a wonderful help to us. He was polite, clear in making sure we understood everything and very professional. He took the time to help us both times we visited the store. The first time in looking at different sofas and the second time in making our purchase.

Great selection of sofas which is exactly what we were looking for
Sales man Rich at the hove store was really helpful and showed us features and options we didn’t know about
Made us a coffee and we hade time to choose our perfect sofa no pushy sales just great advice
