Great customer experience
Great selection of what I was looking for. The lady I dealt with had a lovely manner, professional and helpful She took the time to explain all the options with me and the benefits of the additional insurance. A fantastic customer experience

cheap
Paid almost £4000 in cash for my couch. And it feels like it can fall apart any moment can’t move or even yawn on it without it creaking. So badly and cheaply assembled! Creak creak crack squeak. AWFUL! I have informed them there couch is not fit for purpose! Sent 3 emails and been ignored! I will take this all the way!

Brilliant experience today buying sofa for our bar. Service was ace, the lady was very experienced and provided me with all the info and made my decision easy and quickly. No time wasting just how I like it. Hope to return very soon to buy new sofa for house.
