Very good open spaced layout in the shop we visited. ( Kirkcaldy Fife). Assistant was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Very happy with service in store. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. They are very informed about your range of sofas. This is why we always recommend & come back to your shop. Customer service very quick to respond & update me on delivery

Brian was the assistant we spoke to about the sofa we(the wife) wanted,he was very polite,easy to talk to and have a laugh with,told us everything about the sofa and explained everything clearly

Great service from the team member, Shirley. She discussed what we needed and gave us an option that was perfect for the space and our lifestyle. One which we would not have looked at had she not mentioned it. Looking forward to our new sofa arriving.

Very efficient in terms of the in store order service. Unfortunately I cannot remember the lady’s name who served us, but she was very knowledgeable and very helpful.

Very attentive staff pleasant and truly want to help you patient and most of all knowledgeable about what they are selling made the whole experience pleasant we will be receiving our sofa next week and up until now Daniela there has been great communication

The salesperson (Alison) was both friendly and knowledgeable. She quickly responded to my questions, and helped me with my purchase. One point of disappointment however was the information that Sofology do not uplift my old sofa when my purchase arrives? A questionaire I completed did indicate this was under review? I am unable to phone the branch. Option 3 states "sorry, application failed", so I couldn't contact Kircaldy branch to answer queries.

Environment was first class, felt relaxed and anything but pressured throughout my experience. Daniela was friendly and listened to our needs and my partner also felt the same. Such a chilled out team that set a good environment and delighted with my purchase and after care options
