Great experience. A mistake was made with our order which was quickly rectified when I phoned the store. Everything was explained clearly during the ordering process.

Scott was very friendly and informative about the options we had. He showed us a few different sofas after asking what we were looking for. He wasn’t pushy and was able to answer all our questions and offer advice

The assistant who helped us was called Scott and he was very patient and helpful, he wasn't pushy and let us make our minds up in our own time.

Sofa purchase
Had a great experience in store. Staff were all helpful and polite. Had to amend order which was done quick and efficiently and with no fuss.

Helpful and quick ordering experience
Not recieved the order yet but had a very positive experience selecting a new sofa and chair. The sales person (I think called Joe?) was very helpful, highlighting the sofa's features and explaining purchasing options without being pushy. Ordering the sofa through a finance option was super easy and didn't take as long as I thought it would.

Our assistant Scott was so helpful
Our assistant Scott was so helpful over a period of a few months until I was ready to place the order for our new build home. We was very knowledgeable and worked though several connotations of the sofa for us. He was never pushy which was very much appreciated.
