Great service

Justine was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Her knowledge was outstanding. I never felt pressured at all it was one of the best shopping experiences I have ever had. Sarah was also amazing and everything just felt so comfortable. I can’t wait to receive my sofa. Thanks girls.

I am really disappointed with my delivery, I was expecting my chair and my sofa. Monday of last week I received an email saying my new sofa was being delivered. However my chair wasn't being made as it was the one from the showroom. My delivery came but only my chair arrived after being promised on 2 occasions that the full suite was coming

When we arrived at the store the customer adviser introduced herself to use as Leanne and when we needed advice she was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about all the products.We felt very comfortable with our whole experience and didn't feel pressured into making a decision and was left to browse at our own leisure. Once again would like to thank Leanne for all her help.

Kas and Justine what a dream team, sofology are so lucky to have employee’s like this, they are amazing, they are so welcoming and friendly we would never go elsewhere to purchase a sofa now! 2nd one wow wow what amazing team of people!

The lady who greeted me was very helpful and pleasant. She guided me to the sofa I’d seen before in a different branch. When my payment via my phone was proving tricky she was patient and helpful. She was professional and friendly and I felt she did a good job.

I had a great experience in shop with will he explained everything nicely and was very pleasant but then i had trouble trying to pay the balance it kept throwing up the phone number from my last purchase with you 10 years ago which was very frustrating it has since been rectified thankfully

The staff were friendly but not pushy and that is what we like , to be left alone to browse but have someone there if we ask . All in all we bought a sofa after lots of trying the style we wanted from here and other stores .
