Great customer service very helpful

Really great buying experience from Pedro at the MK branch. Was engaging and helpful without being annoying. We needed to make an amendment to our order the following day which was easy and well recieved. Would definitely recommend. Ben

First experience at sofology and helped by a very knowledgeable and kind lady Linda at the Milton Keynes branch. We ended up buying a new range and very happy :)

Very Informative & helpful with the sofa we chose yesterday

I spoke to a lovely lady who helped me with my purchase of 2 leather Swivel chairs.
I chose the colour from the samples displayed.
She explained in great detail about the insurance offered and the leather care kit, which l decided to purchase both.
She was very helpful and patiently went through the information with me.

Really good service

We are pleased with the service we got at the store and a great deal we recieved on a sofa. One of the worker was very nice to us and made things easy.

We found our experience very relaxing, with Malik,the gentleman who helped us with the descion,and purchasing of our corner sofa.
Malic was able to answer all our questions, and was very patient as I couldn't decide which sofa,but my husband had already done his research, and I wanted to make sure it was going to fit well ,in our new conservatory, Malik was very reassuring ,and explained the next process of delivery,which is exciting.

Very friendly and informative salesman assistant . More than happy to help us make sure we had the right size corner unit by adding a seat .Everything was explained fully about insurances etc .

Excellent service in Store at Milton Keynes by Matthew. He was very good helping us find the right sofa for my mum who needed a high seat due to disability and didn’t want an old fashion suite. Would definitely recommend
