We visited Sofology 3 days in a row to place the order. Mathew was great, he helped us to choose the sofa we wanted. He was very friendly and very helpful. He also did the room designs with a few selected designs which helped us make the decision.

The sales person Ray was very knowledgeable especially regarding looking after leather, he didn't rush us or push us into anything which we appreciated. Ray answered all our questions.

Mathew was really helpful and knowledgeable …. And patient with my decision making.

Our sales assistant, Hema, was incredibly welcoming and made us feel relaxed from the moment we walked in. She explained all the details about the sofas exceptionally well and was very helpful in answering all of our questions. Her excellent service gave us the confidence we needed to make our purchase.

Really good experience with Matthew as the guide, provided lots of suggestions and demonstrated great knowledge. Very patient and polite, taking us through lots of options and getting us to the right choice.

Mathew looked after us and he was excellent, very patient and knowledgeable about the products on display. Looking forward to the sofas arriving!

Great experience made better by Ray. After finding the La-z-boy sofa's in Sofology we had our heart set on one, they were just so much more comfortable than any other sofa we sat on. Unfortunately the sofa we wanted didn't come in the configuration we wanted but Ray helped us find another option and after spending a lot of time sitting in every position we could think of we finally purchased. The team at Sofology were really patient with us and helpful at every step of the way.

Very professional customer service when we were choosing our sofa.

Kieran was exceptionally knowledgeable and patient with my wife and I during a purchase. We were thoroughly satisfied by his excellent customer service!

Linda greeted us as we entered the showroom and asked whether there was anything she could help us with. We explained what we looking for and from that moment she could not have been more helpful and courteous. We purchased the sofa bed and Linda was both patient and informative as she assisted us through the process.

My problem was I didn’t want to wait 14 weeks for delivery !!I loved the Monroe chair Kiran found me a cancellation Yipee I hope to have my chair within in two weeks Have already changed my colour scheme
