Really friendly and helpful staff.
The sofas we bought were exactly what we wanted.

I had a specific size sofa for my smallcottage living room.
The store assistant was able to use my measurements to find sofas within my range.
This guided me to the larsen sofa which met all my needs. I was not looking for a recliner but these are different and made it ideal for my requirements.
I visited twice to be ertain i had fkund the one. The store assistant remembered me and explained everything i needed to now. Helpful and not pushy.

Very knowledgeable about the product and sizes etc.
Very informative about the insurance cover

The man I spoke to went out of his way to find me the right colour footstool to match the new sofa I had purchased elsewhere he was very professional and helpful thanks

We welcomed the direct and informative assistance from all of your sales staff that we encountered at each visit. When we purchased Georgeta was pleasant, helpful and answered all of our questions without hesitation.
As we have not yet received and used the sofa we can only say the one in the showroom convinced us.

Only delivered half our sofa on a Saturday and nobody available at customer services to speak to as offices were shut. Have to call back Monday and arrange delivery of other half.

When entering your store was left to just browse around and wasn't approached by your staff until we needed some help. Great experienceWhich is very nice as other stores we approached was straight on you. The moment you walked in

Ordered 31st January, took delivery 29th April Within 2 weeks of receiving our sofa in it malfunctioned with the lumbar cushion as the electrics stopped working.
We are still waiting for a replacement of this part early August and we are advised the parts won't arrive in the country until toward end August. We then have to wait for an engineer.
Meantime we are still paying for a sofa that is not as ordered nor fully functional.
Would have been quicker to get a whole new sofa (Which is unreasonable) but a ludicrous situation nonetheless!

The lady that served us ( Georgia I think was her name) was very helpful, informative about prices and delivery. answered any questions I had about the fabric and colour options available. She told us about an outlet that had cancelled orders , we found our sofa there. I asked if it was a return or ex-display & she said definitely not. Overall good service.

No pushy salesman. Let u get on with looking around.

We chose to purchase our new sofa from Sofology mainly because our browsing experience was totally relaxed with no high pressure sales, we possibly spent 2-3 hours browsing various suites until we had an idea of what would suit us, the staff asked if we needed any assistance then just notify them, we decided to approach Mathew and found him to be very knowledgeable of our choice, we left the store as we were still unsure but contacted Mathew by email, he then arranged for 3 swatches to be sent to our home address, we then made our mind up and returned to the store 2 weeks later to purchase our new suite, again with no pressure to buy any extras but just a clear path of the process until delivery, would definitely recommend Sofology.
