We were able to browse without being jumped on by a salesperson but they were quick to respond when we asked for their help. The salesperson was very helpful, guiding us through the available options that met our requirements, starting with the least expensive option.
We never felt hurried at any point and we're able to take our time until we settled on a sofa we were happy with.
We bought a sofa from here previously for another room and we were extremely happy with that so when it came time to replace our the sofa in our living room, this was our preferred store.

The salesperson was very friendly and knowledgeable on policies.

Daniel was extremely helpful, insightful and polite. He’s a credit to your team (as have all the other staff who have helped us over our numerous visits!). Impeccable and accommodating service throughout.

Georgeta was a great help in choosing our new sofa at a great price.

the salesman who sold us the settee was helpful and honest no hassle and a really nice lad even though we spent more than we expected would definitely recommend you

Staff at the store were super helpful and friendly not pushy. Knowledgeable and helped us reach our purchase decision.

The assistant that dealt with us was great. We ended up leaving with the product we wanted.

I didn't feel comfortable with placing on order for my purchase of a new sofa online, so l caught the bus & went into the store, after going there 2 days before,& I'm so glad l did 😀 This was a very expensive purchase, so l didn't want to get my order wrong. When I 1st went to Sofology with my daughter, l was greeted by the lovely Dani 😃
She explained the interest free finance availability to me.
I then revisited the store on the 5th of March, & I was greeted with by the lovely Lini 😃
Lini also told me about insurance options for the sofa, which l happily went for 😊
Everything was done in the store. I left feeling & excited about the prospect of having the luxury sofa 😃 Thank you Dani & Lini 🤗

Georgetta was very calm and explained everything through with us (we aren't the easiest of customers) she was very patient and we left with 2 new sofas. Thank you

What can we say about the lad who served me and my partner he was amazing so friendly so helpful and knowledgeable. Jay what a character you are amazing credit to you he took us through every thing we was looking for and helped us find our forever sofa also gave us a discount due to the perks we got with the sofa what an absolute legend of a colleague massive credit to the team. Jay you are one of a kind ☺️

Would have put 5 stars however I would have liked the salesperson to have ordered my swatches instead of just giving me the website which I felt was a bit difficult to manage.
Also it would have been nice to order cushions to match the sofa but was told I couldn’t 🤷‍♀️ so this was a bit frustrating
Also it’s a bit premature leaving a review as I’ve not got my sofa yet. 15 weeks lead time

Great service we knew what we wanted and Gorgetta was prompt and helpful she processed our order and gave us extra information on our purchase whilst we drunk our complimentary coffee and biscuits ☺️

We came in to buy a sofa we had previously looked at & fell in love with another. Amazing service, we were giving all the measurements to compare. Colours etc.

Perfect advice on how to get sofa as we had just moved. Just overall fabulous service.
