Would have been 5 * if they had thrown in the leather cleaning set. Especially when your spending 4 thousand pounds

Was miss sold as told has built in speaker when doesn't, took deposit twice when I couldn't afford it twice, waiting 4 weeks for an ex display as they carried on displaying after I purchased, foot of 1 chair was damaged, other chair was wrong material and now been told to wait 6 more weeks for correct one, everytime you want an answer you're told to wait 72 hours for a call back. Failed on purchase for miss information, failed on delivery sending wrong material, failed on customer service assistant constantly told to wait 72 hours.

Welcomed into store but not pressurised. After time to view we were given guidance on the products available and pricing options .Georgeta was very helpful throughout and made the final ordering process clear.

Good selection of what we wanted and easy to view and try out. Greeted pleasantly by staff and offer of help when we needed it. Danni helped us sort out neck support and answered all our questions. She was exceptionally pleasant and helpful. All extras explained and no pressure applied to purchase. Chose what we wanted , good choice of colours . Delivery arranged to suit us. All outstanding. Thank you.

I wanted to research my purchase and the sofology website was great. Once I narrowed it down. I went to the Nottingham branch where I given the time and attention to make the right decision for me. I was able to try out the features and feel the material. The payment options were explained well. I left feeling confident I had the right sofa.
