A Great Range of Sofas and Chairs and great Customer Service

Me and my partner came to Nottingham Giltbook today and dealt with the lovely Chris. We came in to add a love seat to our sofology sofa set we already had. Chris greeted us straight away and knew exactly what we were looking for. As a couple that already works in sales we found Chris to be very accommodating and he was a very good salesman. What a credit to the company, Chris said that it was sadly his last day with the company today, good luck Chris, we are sure you will smash your new role!

We wandered in and looked around at the available sofas. One of the staff asked us if he could help us, but was happy to let us continue looking. When we were ready, we called him back and with his guidance we chose a sofa and a care package to go with it. All our choices were talked through and he explained what was included and what the process going forward to delivery included. Looking forward to receiving our sofa soon.

Very helpful staff easy process

Zenon was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and not pushy. Explained everything clearly, shopping made easy!

Staff were helpful and attentive. We looked around without anyone bothering us. Which i like.
Purchased the Hudson 3 seater, chair and footstall.
Had to pay for delivery £129. Which I think is ridiculous when you have spend £1500. I would expect free delivery for the price you pay. It is what it is.

Fantastic swift service a very warm and welcoming adviser I forget her name, I’m sorry! but she was very reassuring and made the whole sale and credit application process very enjoyable and easy!
I would definitely recommend you buying these quality sofas and maybe, asking about credit to cover your payments.

Variety of quality products to choose from, and the staff were amazing, very friendly and helpful, sat with us and explained everything in detail.

Very helpful. Explained all about Sofia how to care for them.
We sat on them and was not to rush and experience the comfort and make sure they were right for us.

Having made several visits before putting in our order, we’ve always found the team members friendly, helpful, informative and relaxed, never being pushy.

I decided to change the colour of my sofa and chair phoned up and assistant was very helpful and did it straight away

All good… helpful and friendly staff.. sound advice.. hopefully the product (an occasional chair) proves to be what we’re hoping for.
