Helpful sales person who allowed us time to make our decisions.

tasnim was an excellent sales assistant. Took time to explain all buying options and product features. No hesitation in recommending product or staff member

Delivery of 2 armchairs today. Was phoned by delivery team providing an ETA which was fulfilled. Both Dan and Nick provided an excellent service constructing the chairs and fully explaining the various functions. Took everything away leaving the place neat and tidy and the new chairs looking great in my lounge. Overall I am delighted.

The quality of Sofa are very good. The variety is similar to other stores. Prices are better. Finance options are better. I already knew what I wanted to purchase after a lot of research.

The staff are friendly and polite and not on your face (like other stores). We were served by Kerry, she was helpful in final decision-making and placing the order.

Helpful staff

We were met and warmly greeted by a lady who took us round and helped us make our choice and her name is Kerry. She’s just too good.

Nice piece of sofa

Friendly staff and a good system where they load your basket but don't pressure to buy at the time. They make the sale but give you time to reflect before the final purchase, online.

Really happy with our new sofa purchase, it hasn’t been delivered yet so can’t comment on the delivery service or the comfort of the sofa. The staff member who handled the sale was extremely efficient and helpful. The only thing that bothered us was having to pay for the sofa delivery, after spending so much money on the sofas the delivery should’ve been included.

The sales advisor was very knowledgeable helped us choose the right Color sofa in Regency and cricket. Overall happy with the service.

We purchased 2 beautiful Sofas. Was talked into having plastic sliders at £20 a settee. They were totally useless and came straight off. Also they put on £200
insurance which I did t ask for. . Just watch out for hidden extras. The settees were beautiful I dud eventually get my money back for insurance and sliders. But if you don’t ask you don’t get

The sales lady was very helpful and very pleasant to deal with. She made the sale pleasurable and was not pushy.

Kerry the assistant that helped us with choosing our sofa was amazing!!! Honest and straight talking, which we liked, had a laugh as well. She didn't just have her sales head on, she really was honest on what we was looking and how to choose. All the staff was very friendly. And I thought the prices were very reasonable.

Lady who helped me find my perfect sofa was very patient ☺️
