Sofology - Peterborough レビュー

Very helpful

We were welcomed into the store by Sai who asked our requirements and led us to the units that related to our needs. she explained all the options and answered all questions honestly, the main thing for us was that Sai was not pushy and did not pressure us for a sale, if she had we would have left the store. All in all Sai provided a positive purchase experience.

I visited Sofologly on Friday 2nd January 2026, Sai the sales assistant was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, there was no hard sell and the advice I received was very useful and helped with making my decision. From browsing around the store to making a purchase was effortless, I would highly recommend a visit to Sofology if you’re looking for some new furniture, and if Sai assists you, you will be in very good hands. Thanks, Michael.

Great service - Sai was brilliant

Fantastic service, no pushy sales approach just genuine helpful advice

Sai was extremely helpful guiding us through options to get exactly what we wanted

The entire team in the store were incredibly welcoming and even remembered me from my first visit a few weeks ago, which was such a lovely touch. Kate was outstanding in helping me find the perfect sofa for my home—she was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely understanding of our needs. Truly first-class service from start to finish. Highly recommended!

My sofologist Hadi was very helpful and throughly professional

Lovely showroom and helpful staff. So happy to visit a store and try before buy.

The sales person Jamie was polite patient and left us to take our time and choose the perfect sofa for us also at the same time wasn't pushy and helped us make the right choices to get just what we wanted.

Couldn't recommend a better experience 10/10

Thank you Jamie for all your help and for making this a good experience for us.

Alistair and Carrie-Anne

Sai was great. Very informative and not too pushy. Explained everything clearly. We knew what we wanted before arriving to store but re affirmed our choices were what we were after.

Kate was a nice lady
Not pushy atall
Very helpfull and well versed in her product knowledge

Lovely friendly service
explained everything in detail with us
No pushy at all and let us make our own mind up

No pushy sales people, just friendly advice & chat. We weren't ready to buy when we started looking. But that wasn't a problem to Kate.
We went back to buy & had a similar experience with another person
I can't fault them
Thank you

Excellent service
Everything explained well

The young men we dealt were very hulful

Staff weren't pushy let you walk around to look in your own time then help when needed, and more modern looking sofas than other stores.

Really friendly and helpful staff that were patient and worked with us to decide the colour, style and configuration that worked for us.

Hadi is Amazing, He helped explaining with clear details.
I would give him 5/5

The young man who served us was fantastic top job
