Kate was really good - she explained all the options and the process in great detail. It was an enjoyable experience. We even had a brew and colouring books for the grandkids. Highly recommended.

We had a really helpful, cheerful and patient staff member who generally offered support without being pushy. This made a very good impression of your company and a good experience all round.

The reps did not hover or make me feel pressured. They encouraged me to go home and think and measure before making a final decision. When I came back to the store and said I only had a lunch break to finalise everything, they respected this and moved quickly. I was well advised, knew all of my options and had a good idea of how the different choices would look in my home. Excellent customer service, friendly and knowledgable staff and fantastic service.

We were assisted by Ben, he took time to explain about the product to us and he offered refreshments and many options in the store. The reception we received and customer service was out of this world

I recently purchased my second sofa from Sofology, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. I had bought from them before and chose to return because I was so happy with the quality and style.

What I really like about Sofology, is the in-store experience. The staff are always friendly, approachable, and genuinely helpful without being pushy. They gave me the space to browse at my own pace, which made the whole process feel relaxed and enjoyable.

Overall, a great experience from start to finish. I’d definitely recommend Sofology if you’re looking for quality furniture and excellent customer service.

We were very impressed by Jamie and Sai from the Peterborough store as they both had so much knowledge about the sofa we choose and they made us feel very relaxed and welcome. We did not feel we were rushed at all.

The lady that looked after us was very professional and explained everything clearly, very polite and an asset to your company.

We had such a great experience with the Sofology team in Peterborough! Huge shoutout to Jamie and Danielle for creating such an amazing atmosphere from the moment we walked in. There was absolutely no pressure to make a purchase – just a genuinely friendly conversation that felt more like a relaxed Sunday family dinner than being in a shop.

They were incredibly patient and understanding with all of our questions (and with our little one, who was only interested in the fluffy chair the whole time 😄). Thanks to their help, we ended up choosing amazing sofas that we will be enjoying in our new home.

We loved the fact the salesman left us alone to choose at our leisure. The quality of the sofas was good too as was the choice off styles and colours .

Would be an easy 5 stars if your material swatches were easier to obtain. Couldn’t order on line and if it wasn’t for Sue in customer services I would have given up and purchased elsewhere.
