The sales told me all about the msterial snd the type of filling in tbe cushions evefy think was exained to me and the ses man made sure i understod the term and after care of my sofa was also offers a variety of hot drinks

Expensive delivery charge . No option to collect yourself. Apparently company policy. Customer always comes first ' NOT'

My partner and I visited today to purchase a 3 seater sofa and a love chair. The gentleman was helpful with our choice and we was happy to proceed to purchase.
As we expected he proceeded to advise we took a couple of add ons :-The Sofashield Plus and the Fabric care. We declined the add ons, but he became quite persistant with his advice and protection against spillages, even to suggesting we choose a different shade of fabric.
We are a mature couple and know what we want, however because of the assistants approach we decided to leave.
A purchase in your store in Plymouth for nearly £2,000 was not completed.

Great range of sofas and good prices. We were not pounced on by sales people like every other store, they just let us know they were there if we needed them.

We were welcomed on arrival to have a browse, more than an hour later we had made our choice. The sales assistant was very thorough and polite explaining everything to us and we left as happy customers

We brought a Sofology sofa and in 2023 and we say every day how comfortable it is! When we needed a sofa for our garden room and after several mistakes we decided it had to be another Sofology sofa. Tilly, was super and helped us decide from all the fabulous sofa's in the showroom which was the one for us! she explained all the seat and colour options. We now just wait for it to be made and delivered.

Had a great experience with sofology in Plymouth the staff are super helpful, chris was super helpful and very patient with me trying to make up my mind and answered all my questions.

Staff in store great. After sales and customer service support appalling. Delivery never arrived as planned and trying to get any kind of update as to where my sofa is very stressful due to the lack of communication from customer service. Someone somewhere must know where my sofa is but haven’t got the respect to update me.

Good service

We were greeted in a friendly manner but then left to browse which was refreshing. We were able to ask questions and listened to. I found the sofa I wanted and was given all the information I needed. Thank-you.

Very friendly and professional the same time seller - full information about the product, answers for all my questions and meantime small talk to my partner about football which fully captured his attention on his passion (which was useful for me while shopping;-)
