Appalling customer service from the start and still not resolved three weeks later

Every single member of staff at your plymouth store have been very professional and friendly. Fantastic customer service.

Very very disappointed in this company. Absolutely appalling customer service! I purchased a sofa and chair which was ex showroom so I knew I had to wait a few weeks for it. I was assured that the sofa and chair would be in perfect condition. As suggested by the company we got rid of our old sofa the night before delivery day. The lorry arrived and the delivery men brought in my chair - which had a broken leg! The delivery men just put a cup under the broken leg to 'level it up'!!! But there was no sofa!!!! After lengthy waits and phone calls it was established that the sofa had been misplaced and left off the delivery instructions. It took 4 days of continuous chasing phone calls to a very dismissive customer service before my sofa was located. And then another 10 days before a delivery could be arranged. so the 3 of us in my house has 1 chair in total for 2 weeks. I had requested a replacement leg for the broken one on the chair. This was yet more phone calls as again the delivery drivers knew nothing about it. Finally I had to chase and chase to get the insurance documentation for the sofa - the certificate was only for the chair. Personally the customer service and this experience mean I will never use Sofology or DFS ever again. Which is sad as the furniture is extremely comfortable and lovely to look at and that is the only reason why I given 2 stars.

Great customer service

I purchased a cuddle chair on the 1st August in the clearance. Haven’t heard anything since. I knew it would be a couple of weeks but communication none existent. Also they won’t let you cancel an order but take your money on the same day your order it.sent an email to the address provided on this reply and surprise surprise no response and still no chair!!

The assistant was very helpful explaining everything. Nothing was to much trouble and he was very patient.

Amazing staff, really helpful and knowledgeable

We had a really positive experience buying our sofas from Sofology. Lauren and Chris were both fantastic with us from start to finish.

They were patient, kind and took the time to explain all the details we needed to know without making us feel rushed or pressured. They helped us understand the options clearly and made the whole process feel easy and comfortable.

The sales told me all about the msterial snd the type of filling in tbe cushions evefy think was exained to me and the ses man made sure i understod the term and after care of my sofa was also offers a variety of hot drinks

Expensive delivery charge . No option to collect yourself. Apparently company policy. Customer always comes first ' NOT'
