Mo was very helpful and knowledgeable, no hard sell,explaining all our options

Hi there we just purchased a beautiful sofa and was made to feel very welcome and relaxed by jay and luke they was so helpful was welcomed with a nice cup of tea and and they are so professional at there job we have got to say they was the most helpful lovely people ive ever had the pleasure of buying from they went above and beyond today for us . I would recommend friends to buy from them . We didn’t feel pressured or anything. I would give them both 10 out of ten . Very happy with there services . Many thanks from wendy & wes orourke

Finally made a decision on which sofa we wanted today with the help of Luke at the preston store ,he was very helpful, knowledgeable friendly and very patient, we must have sat on every sofa in the store 2 or 3 times and after speaking with Luke about our wants and needs we were able to make our minds up and I’m delighted with our Choice and looking forward to its arrival.

We had a great experience with Sofology. The staff were really helpful, knowledgeable and gave us space to look around without being pushy. It made the whole process feel relaxed and easy. Would definitely recommend.

Luke was super helpful, explained everything I needed to know, knowledgeable and helped me understand the practicalities to consider with my purchase, a credit to the company. The store is top class and the staff were attentive in a very nice way. The choice is vast in the store and the in-store experience was overall excellent.

My mum ordered in store. The person in store team rold my 80 year old mum that adding the insurance and cleaning options could be done when she came to pay for the sofa, as she was uncertain at the time. When she was then contacted for payment 4 days before dwlivery, these extras had been added. When she asked for them to be removed she was told her delivery would now be delayed. This was then a problem as i had come to help with the delivery. This is clearly a selling tactic to take advantage of an elderly person, and I will be letting people know that this is how your company operates.

we were just browsing in the shop, when we met Mo at the Preston Branch. He was extremely friendly & helpful explaining how the sofa with the console worked. We took measurements as we wanted to see what would fit in our lounge. As Mo had been so helpful, we returned the next day & discussing further we picked a colour and Mo explained about the added additions which would be beneficial to our home environment which we agreed would be great as spending a lot of money. He made us refreshments and chatted some more. He was not a pushy sales representative which is why we decided to ensure Mo took our order. He was funny, interesting & very pleasant to talk to. He is an asset to your Company.

Staff very informative and helpful. Not intrusive at all, left us to have a good look but were there when needed. Helped us to make the purchase in store rather than online.

Great experience at the store in Preston no hassle our sales person Doreen was exceptional she gave great advice on our colour choices Evan made us a hot drink as we had travelled 60 miles to get there
And gave us as much time as we needed to make our decision

The service we received from Jay and Amanda was second to none. They were thoughtful and helpful without the pressure we experienced in other stores. Our purchases today from this store was, in a large part, down to their excellent and professional approach. The layout, cleanliness and choice in store made shopping there a pleasant experience.
