The young gentlemen who served us was very polite and seemed knowledgeable

Very good customer service. Very informative .

Awful. Don’t use. Lied. Lost the sofa. Waited months. Lied again. Use a customer service centre in Scotland who have no link to Sofology themseles so don’t have access to what Sofology has access to On their computer systems. Absolutely awful customer service staff who are ignorant, rude,swear and treat people like rubbish. While they were on one line I called the shop direct and was kid to again. I eventually found the sofa in Birmingham when I had been told it was in York, but by this time had had enough of the dirt on my shoe treatment and told them to stuff the purchase. I got exactly the same sofa on a better and cheaper deal from Oak Furniture and it arrived in a few weeks. Sofology need to get their act together as this is the second bad experience I have had with them and I will never use them or a linked shop again.

Lovely store well set out, in store service excellent didn't pester you, very informative. Second time we have purchased a sofa of them as always fund them and their products good value.

1 of the 2 sofas is damaged - rips in 2 places, being informed that an engineer will be sent out to look at the issue. Clearly the sofa needs replacing and not repairing.

The sofologist on our arrival was helpful and welcoming, but didn't follow us around the store which is important to the customer,once we chose the sofa she helped in every way possible

There was so much choice! Even better, the staff were available but introduced themselves then left us alone to wander around and try all the sofas out. When needed' they answered questions, but they didn't helicopter around as most do in these types of places. It made the whole experience really relaxed. This allowed us to choose our perfect sofa at our own pace. As soon as we had, Doreen sorted everything out and we were on our way. Can't wait for the sofa to arrive.

However the experience was excellent from walking into the store to purchasing the staff were very knowledgeable and helpful with out pushing for a sale we felt we were in control of our own decisions and would highly recommend
