Sales assistant was very good

The layout of the store is great. The staff were welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable. We were helped by the same gentleman each time and were very impressed with his 10 star help.

A great experience. Got what we needed. Were supported and guided on the purchase all the way.

We had a wonderful experience visiting the Sofology Reading showroom to buy our new sofa. We had the pleasure of meeting Faran, who was absolutely amazing. He made us feel comfortable from the very beginning and took the time to genuinely understand our requirements.
Faran was extremely courteous, patient, and never rushed us while we explored the different options. His guidance and thoughtful recommendations helped us feel confident about making the right choices. It was a pleasure dealing with someone so friendly, professional, and customer-focused.

Yasir was great brilliant experience

Sarah was absolutely amazing at the point we walked through the doors to the time we left the shop.
She walked us around and showed us many options of sofa beds along with their measurements. We are down sizing home and very restricted to space.
Sarah took her time, we did not feel rushed and explained the options in detail and very knowledgeable.
It was certainly a more enjoyable experience from the first time we visited Sofology. The salesman only showed us one sofa bed and to be honest not the greatest of sales people.
I would like to thank Sarah and hope she receives our positive feedback like she deserves - fantastic Sales lady!

Excellent staff and service

This being my second visit as I had already picked the sofa bed I wanted. We were greated by a very happy young lady, who was very patient with me as I take a long time to make up my mind over things. We discussed colours, material , cushions and mattress type at no time did I feel pressured and even had a coffee while talking things over and completing the paper work.

From the time we entered the store until the suite was delivered and installed we had a great experience. There was no hard sales pressure in the store, we found the suite we liked, placed an order and it was delivered about three weeks earlier than the estimated date. The installers explained how things worked put things where we wanted and photographed everything before they left. A really positive experience all round.
