Yasser was fabulous and focused on finding the right product for us rather than upselling or being pushy. Excited to receive our sofa!

Ali, at the Reading store, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable on the Sofology products that aligned to our requirements.

The sales guy was very helpful and talked on a personal level.

The customer service was impeccable. Sarah and Farhan were so helpful and gave great advice. We really appreciated their guidance and kindness, especially as we were the last customers of the day! They didn't rush us, provided all the information we required and left us feeling very happy and satisfied with our purchase.

The staff were on hand straight to let us know a few bits and pieces and the left us to browse which worked really well.

They weren’t pushy sales people like some other shops, which makes you then feel more comfortable in store

I have ordered my new sofa....was impressed with the quality & style. Looked at many other places which just didn't compare to sofology. Sarah last was very helpful & answered all my questions as have had bad experience with previous leather sofa. Would definitely recommend.

Had a great experience today at Sofology. We see a very nice man called Ali from the sales team. He offered us great advice and guidance but was not at all pushy which was great. Sofology also had some great sofas with plenty of choice and options for anyone's lounge. Overall we were impressed with the service and even ended up purchasing a great sofa which will be perfect for us. Thank you.

Our advisor was super helpful - knowledgeable and friendly, and talked us through various options - made the entire sofa choosing experience good fun

Humza greeted us upon arrival and gave us a brief appraisal of safety within the store followed by a guide to the pricing and fabric choices etc.
He was very helpful and gave us all the information we required to make a decision.
At no time did we feel pressured.
It was a very pleasant experience.
