We were greeted as we arrived and asked if there was anything specific we were looking for, then Tara showed us appropriate suits and left for us to try out.
She then came back and gave us information on price materials and answered any questions we had !!

Customer service was fantastic. Big shout out to Myles, he was extremely helpful in finding the right sofa for us, really friendly and thorough. His attention to detail in what we wanted in a sofa was next to none. Overall a great experience. Highly recommend Sofology.

We dealt with Miles on our two visits and we found him a very nice and easy going person and made us feel comfortable when we were choosing our Sofas.

Miles had good product knowledge and gave us honest information on the warranty, delivery times and cleaning materials to purchase.

Tara helped us with the sofa we picked, she was lovely, very friendly and professional and she told us about extra care for the sofa but wasn't pushy like you get in many sofa places so we did buy the insurance cover. I will definitely recommend sofhology to family and friends and tell them to ask for Tara.

Good service

After browsing at many sofa stores & being followed around & generally trying to be pressured into buying or getting finance I was very pleasantly surprised at my experience today with Chris at Sofology Rotherham.
I was left alone to browse, no pressure & when decided on a sofa I was talked through absolutely everything & well looked after.
He made me feel completely comfortable & at ease & was not rushed into any final decision but shown alternatives to help me choose. I would definitely recommend this company & especially this store. Thank you for your excellent service, I just cannot wait for my new sofa.
