Sofology - Rotherham レビュー 

We received excellent customer service yesterday (from Adrian?) while purchasing 2 x sofas and a footstool at Parkgate, Rotherham.
I would highly recommend the service, staff weren friendly and not pushy.

Looked after by Tony from the moment we entered the store.
No pressure from to buy, only great advice.

Tara was very helpful giving all information in a pleasant straight forward manner without any pressure or pushy strategies, a pleasurable experience

VERY HELPFULL AND EVEN MADE US A CUP OF TEA

We purchased our new sofa from sofology after going to multiple different shops looking for our new sofa and the different in customer service was head and shoulders above the rest by far from going in to coming out, know hassle from staff as we walked around the shop at all they just let us get on with it. As soon as we was ready to get more information regarding what we wanted the staff was on hand to help us out straight away with know fuss. I must give credit to Tony who gave us all the information we needed regarding our new sofa and sorted us out in 20/30 minutes after going into depth regarding our purchase, very positive and polite. If anyone is looking for a quality sofa and not made out of MDF this is the company you need to go to .

This was by far the best experience we've had when buying furniture. The customer service was professional, friendly, and informative. The product knowledge was exceptional. We felt comfortable and weren't pressured into buying anything we didn't want or need. An all round excellent stress free experience. Thank you Sofology.

We quickly decided the sofa we wanted hassle free and were helped by Tony in the Rotherham store to successfully purchase it. It was a quick, easy and friendly service by Tony who had also helped sell a sofa to us just the year previous. Definitely can’t find sofa’s as stylish anywhere else on the high street.
