After being in several sofa shops we went into Sofology. The outlay of the store made it very comfortable to walk around. We had no pressure from the staff bit a friendly welcome. We had been in the day before and they remembered that we had been in. Our Saleslady Diariou was very professional and explained everything.

I had visited the store a few times trying to determine exactly what I wanted/needed and cannot remember the names of all the staff I had contact with!
On each occasion, I found staff to be polite, helpful and knowledgeable without pressuring me to make a decision.
I finally placed my order today and am now awaiting the delivery.
I would certainly recommend Sofology as a store worth visiting.

On entering was pleasantly surprised by the extensive range of sofas and suites of furniture on display each accompanied with swatches of the fabrics and colours available. Was approached by Jordan a member of the sales team who introduced himself then left us to browse assuring us that he would be available to answer any queries. I chose and ultimately purchased a sofa,chair and footstool on interest free finance. Hannah dealt with the purchase and explained the process fully. The staff at Sofology know their products and processes well. They are available to assist when asked without being pushy and I would recommend Sofology for their products and for their pleasant and professional staff

It is so lovely to get good service in stores, restaurants, beauty salons etc, the product is important but for me good service sells me every time. For the record the sofa is gorgeous too!! Top quality velvet, superb! The Customer Service over the phone is also top notch, well done Sofolgy, would give you more stars if I could.

Very helpful young lady assisted my mum to make her new sofa choice. She wasn’t pushy and didn’t give us the ‘hard sell’ but just gave us all the necessary information to make an informed choice.

Diariou could not have been more helpful and professional. She spent a considerable amount of time with us on two separate occasions, answering questions and offering further advice or alternative considerations where appropriate, all without being pushy (a major factor for us). She was engaging throughout and ensured we were happy with everything before any money changed hands. Her colleagues on the periphery were also helpful and welcoming and the whole team obviously works well together.
