We completed the purchase over the course of two days as Bart, wanted to make sure we made the right decision and have the correct measurements. He was so lovely, paid great attention to detail and ensured we didn’t just pick any sofa. He was a breath of fresh air, very approachable and friendly, there was no force selling and he was Honest.

Excellent service that just makes you want to return

Customer service is brilliant in this branch, Lisa served us, so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We told her what we wanted and she walked us around a few but eventually finding our perfect sofa! All the staff were so friendly and welcoming, we were there a couple of hours but it didn’t feel like it. Thank you Lisa.

Friendly and no pushy sales person

We had such a positive experience with Bart at Sofology. He was incredibly patient, kind, and knowledgeable, and he made the whole process feel relaxed and enjoyable. He was brilliant with our kids too, which made a huge difference. Sofology was by far the most welcoming sofa store we visited — no pressure, just genuine help and advice. We ended up returning to make our purchase because of how comfortable and supported we felt. Highly recommended!

We went to the Rugby Sofology store to buy 2 armchairs. We had excellent service from the shop assistant Lloyd who was friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. We bought two Keswick armchairs in Capital Ecru fabric. We’re now waiting for delivery.

The Sofologist - Bartosz Tarka, was the reason for us eventually placing an order. We experienced the best customer; he was so friendly, jolly and patient through me and my partner's debates and lengthy time taken to make our decision and even changing our mind on the model we wanted. He never once pushed us towards a sale, answered all our questions, offered different suggestions to make it work for us by understanding our space, lighting etc.
Honestly the quality of the sofa will speak for itself once its delivered. I switched to Sofology from DFS, who offer no discounts, freebies or anything compared to DFS, and my reason for this is because of the designs and quality but what made me finally order was Bart.
