Excellent service and product knowledge from Fran in store.

Great looking furniture and very helpful knowledgeable staff.

Staff friendly in both Leicester and Rugby, both sets of staff not pushy, made us aware of presence and available for any questions.
Very polite and accommodating

staff were not pushy or hounding you as soon as you got in the shop. had time to browse in our own time even go to other shops to compare. when we were ready to make a purchase, found someone easily.
Lisa was extremely helpful, explained everything to us, extras were offered but not in a pushy way. overall good experience.

Sales man brilliant went through everything we needed to know about our purchase.. this tall black guy was an absolute star can’t remember his name never stop smiling and laughing at my dreadful jokes made us feel very comfortable no pushy sales pitch .. I do wish there were more sales men like this chap around

First went next door into Furniture Village but we were hounded by a staff member who followed us around making us uncomfortable by asking and pushing so couldn’t get out of their store fast enough.

I was greeted by Bart upon entering the store and made aware he was available to answer any questions etc. I was then free to wander and try out the sofas without being hassled (which I like). When I asked for information he was knowledgeable, professional, and humourous.. A pleasure to buy from... Thank you...

We met, Justin, in the Rugby branch today, and he was extremely helpful and helped us chose our sofa. He was not pushy and went out his way to give us time to make the right decision. Would recommend if you’re looking to find a great sofa with helpful sales team.
