I think the young lady served me was called Lilly, sorry if that’s wrong, she was lovley & professional, straight to the point, she should have a pay rise. Havnt got my sofa yet but my experience in store was amazing. Very nice staff all friendly especially Lilly

I recently got delivery of sofa and upon arrival I noticed a slight misalignment with the recliner and middle seat. On raising support, Sofology sent a technician who mentioned to me that it might be because of recliner and he wasn’t able to fix it. Then sofology closed the complaint saying that they trust their technician’s report than my concern with photo proof. And they asked me go legal or find an independent surveyor which I have to pay by myself. Such a scam brand, should have gone with the ‘other’ brand- thought was buying a premium experience but end up getting a mediocre one.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Sofology, which has now been ongoing for over a year.

The biggest issue is that after months of complaints, inspections, engineer visits and being made to feel like the problem was somehow my responsibility, a Sofology technician eventually admitted that the sofa had actually been delivered with a fault from day one. He explained that his manager had reviewed photos taken at the time of delivery and confirmed the fault was already present when the sofa arrived.

Despite this, Sofology never accepted responsibility, apologised for supplying a faulty product, or acknowledged the amount of time and frustration this caused. Instead, I was simply told they would repair it and that there was nothing else they could do.

The sofa has since been repaired, but another issue has now arisen. After more than a year of faults, repairs, delays, waiting for parts and repeated appointments, I have completely lost confidence in the product. I have asked for my complaint to be escalated, but I am still struggling to get the matter properly addressed.

What has frustrated me most is not just the fault itself, but the lack of accountability and customer care throughout the process. No customer should have to spend over a year chasing a resolution, only to discover that the fault was present from the moment the sofa was delivered.

Sadly, based on my experience, I cannot recommend Sofology.

He actually measured every thing and even moved the sofas around to show us how it actually will look in our room.

I recently visited and couldn’t be more impressed with the level of service I received. Garry, our sales rep, was absolutely fantastic, he took the time to really understand what the mrs was looking for, answered every question we had with patience and genuine knowledge, and went the extra mile to measure up and confirm which sofas would actually fit our space before making any recommendations. We left feeling completely confident in our purchase. If you’re sofa shopping, ask for Garry, you won’t be disappointed!
