Went above and beyond to ensure it would be the right fit and colour.

Garry was an exceptional salesman who delivered an outstanding, stress-free experience from start to finish. Approachable, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on customer needs rather than just pushing a deal, he made selecting and purchasing our sofas seamless and enjoyable.

Booked a sofa months ago, had a proposed delivery date, they said they could deliver early so new date was agreed. Then they decided to change the date again, spoke to them, supplier issues blah blah. They have now changed the date again. We have paid a huge amount of money for this. What a horrific experience so far. Not just disappointing but completely messing us about taking days off work then they change the date. Totally unacceptable.

We were only told about our delivery 72 hours beforehand, which according to Sofology policy is under their 72 hour minimum timeframe to reschedule delivery! Our customer service agent told us there was nothing he could do to reschedule our short notice delivery and we would just have to refuse the order at the door if we couldn't accept it. At great personal expense, we organised workmen to remove the old sofas within 24 hours, only for the delivery to not arrive! Spoke to Sofology customer service to be told the delivery had in fact been cancelled as originally requested, just that the system hadn't been updated, and as a result we weren't informed.

Worse still, Sofology cannot reschedule delivery for us until the next business day. Zero information on when we can expect our sofas to arrive.

Zero accountability and we are left out of pocket on removal expenses due to terrible communication and customer service.

We found the style we were looking for. But the experience was made better by Garry at the Slough branch, who helped to configure the sofa to our needs, took us through the purchase process smoothly, and even helped with last minute changes without any fuss. We appreciated his calm and helpful manner.

No pressure sales clear, good information about the products and process after sale and delivery.
