Friendly helpful staff fast smooth process

The advisors in the shop were spot on especially the guy who was assisting my husband and I. He advised us in how to look at colours and how to place the swatches so we got the best view. Really impressed with him.
The only issue I have is that there are the hidden costs and the slyness of how they come about. Unless it is written in the tiniest writing on the price tags on the furniture I didn't see the extras written anywhere. So when you've set your heart on a piece of furniture and it's in your price range all of a sudden your heart is shattered because there are hundreds of pounds extra to pay because of insurance and delivery. And 8 mean at least a. Few hundred pounds. Not happy about this at all and I let the poor shop assistant know about it but that's his career choice.

We went to the Stockport branch and there were no sales pressure as in other retailers and the sales person that dealt with us a lady called Paris was so professional and polite it made the whole process enjoyable. Thank you Paris

Staff were very helpful

The staff members were excellent. Open, friendly and good humoured. There was no unnecessary pressure to buy. Various payment options were discussed and my wife and I left the store looking forward to the delivery of our new sofa.

The guy helped from walking into the store shown us all the sofas that would fit our space his manner was very pleasant and relaxing......and when we made our decision and went back to purchase he was there holding the door open

Explain everything, excellent customer service.

Our 2.5 electric recliner was delivered a week after purchase which was brilliant as we faced a potential 12 week delay.

All fitted nicely and is great to sit on.

Whilst visiting the store I was greeted by Maria who was absolutely amazing provided excellent customer service in friendly and polite manner. Gemma and Paris also very helpful. Gemma demonstrated comprehensive knowledge on fabrics and sofa functions. Will definitely recommend sofology Stockport branch.

It was a productive shopping day at Sofology Stockport. Chris was very helpful and knew his products well. He was able to direct me to the options I wanted. Never at any time did I feel pressured to buy. They really lived up to their reputation. A big decision made easy.

When we arrived we were greeted by Chris who gave us a few bits of information but left us alone to get on and when we needed he just appeared and answered the query. Extremely helpful when we made our decision, providing technical info.
