The staff were very helpful and friendly.we were left to look around and not followed.after a complimentary coffee and time to discuss our decision we approached a staff member who took us through the process of buying.she very informative and explained everything thoroughly.

Great service was given by Vicky. Explained everything and offered various options. Would definitely recommend the Stoke branch to anyone.

A great buying experience at the Hanley store. Vicky, who was dealing with our purchase was very knowledgeable, friendly and thorough. Looking forward to the sofa arriving.

We got a warm welcome as soon as we got into store Vicky was absolutely amazing. Helped us so much going above and beyond to find us the right sofa that met our needs as we had a lot more than the usual family to consider. She was not pushy listened to us and didn’t try and sell us something just for a sale . We felt cared for and looked after . Definitely recommend

Friendly and helpful service without being pushy

Comprehensive, very informative showroom beautifully set out. The staff were welcoming during both of our visits and showed very good product knowledge. They were patient and appreciated the need for us to be unhurried when making an important purchase. Our order was handled efficiently and all aspects were clearly explained.

Good experience buying our new sofa. Helpful, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Would be 5* except for compulsory £129 sting in the tail for delivery and set-up.

She was good with the kids also and interacted well with them.

She also wasnt pushy at all, everything felt nice and relaxed.

We visited Sofology Stoke on Trent at the weekend, at met James who supported us through our journey and ultimately took our order. We wish to mention James specifically within this review, who was impeccable from start to finish. His knowledge, his enthusiasm, his attention to detail was amazing and James shared some details of his journey with the company to us. As a senior manager myself, if I was not doing Sofology a disservice, I would offer James a job. What an asset you have there and someone that deserves be right up there with the best of them. What a wonderful chap. Thank you Sofology and thank you James, there is a bright future ahead of you.

We had such a fantastic experience with Sam. She truly went above and beyond to help us choose the perfect sofa, taking the time to really understand what we wanted. We were quite picky and looking for a more bespoke feel, but nothing was too much trouble for her. Sam helped us carefully select matching cushions and a footstool to complete the look and she understood exactly what style we were looking for. Sam’s eye for detail was spot on, She made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived allowing us time to look around the shop with no fuss but came to us at the exact time we needed some help (the lovely coffee was a bonus!). Sam’s friendly, patient approach made the whole process enjoyable and stress-free. We couldn’t be happier with our choice and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Sam she was absolutely fantastic.
