The saleslady was excellent very professional and explained everything.

Staff friendly and knowledgeable (even though it was his first day). He expanded options and lead times and pricess for collecting our old sofa.

Store is clean and well presented . All staff spoke pleasantly as we passed them but importantly for us they weren’t overbearing or pushy. We initially spoke to Vicky who was friendly and knowledgeable; we advised her we were looking at one in the store and comparing it with one in another store and she told us to absolutely do that - she emphasised how important it was to get it right and to go upstairs, sit on it (and lie on it); she even told us to get cushions off another sofa to try if we wanted. She didn’t follow us and push for a sale though but merely asked us after how it was and told us to go and then come back which we obviously did. Clearly it has to be the right sofa but the staff being so helpful without being in your face was great. Vicky is a great ambassador for your store!

We got a warm welcome as soon as we got into store Vicky was absolutely amazing. Helped us so much going above and beyond to find us the right sofa that met our needs as we had a lot more than the usual family to consider. Friendly and helpful service without being pushy

Comprehensive, very informative showroom beautifully set out. The staff were welcoming during both of our visits and showed very good product knowledge. They were patient and appreciated the need for us to be unhurried when making an important purchase. Our order was handled efficiently and all aspects were clearly explained.
