Kai was very down to earth and knowledgable of the sofa and extras on offer. Would recommend Kai to any friend.

We received excellent service at Sofology. Both Megan and Marta were both extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We bought an Ascot sofa from you 6 months ago and were helped by Marta. She was brilliant. So helpful and patient (it’s a big decision!) It was for this reason that we went back to see Marta at Sofology for 2 new sofas for our living room. We were not disappointed. It was our first visit to a Sofology store, completely unplanned, but we're so glad we popped in there on the way to the store next door!
We were approached and welcomed by the very lovely Kai. Right from the get go, Kai made us feel at ease, wasn't pushy in the slightest and basically advised us on the layout of the store, and if we needed anything, he was there to help. We often try and avoid sales staff in big stores as they can be rather pushy, however, with Kai's lovely welcome, we were happy to explain to him what we were looking for. His knowledge and advice was perfect, and not a hint of pressure at all. He made us a great coffee which he brought back to us, and gave us all the space we needed to have a look around.
With Kai's help, knowledge and patient approach, we have come away with an order of two sofa's in the Allure range.
Kai, you are a credit to the company, a pleasure to have met and a true gentleman.

Our experience was made complete by the customer service provided by Shanelle from the first moment we stepped into store her knowledge of the product , professional approach , personality was outstanding and advise was fantastic taking into account our needs and budget . It was the best experience myself and wife have received from a sale person and allowed us time to make the right decision. Even offered us a coffee on numerous occasions thought out our time in store . We would definitely recommend this store to friends and family . Shanelle deserves a recognition for her outstanding customer service .

Marta from the Swindon store helped us choose the perfect sofa and footstool today. She took time to show us how to clean and care for the leather, pick the colour that suits our decor and explain the entire process for ordering and delivery.
She was extremely helpful, very knowledgeable and professional in her interaction with us.

Lovely attentive staff, wasn’t pushed into any unwanted sales or anything else. Staff member was light hearted, kept us laughing yet understood my budget, my needs and then built a plan around my requirements.
Definitely recommend the store for appropriate workmanship.

Kai .. …. .. Parker is one of the best Customer Service assistant we’ve ever encountered.
The way he answered all our questions was first class. He even shared his personal experience with us which made us to agree to all the extra services that came with the sofas.
He even got us discounts.
Because of KAI I’ll 100% come back to sofology and will be more than happy to recommend to all my family and friends and anyone who’s looking to get a new sofa.

My experience was very relaxed with no pressure from Kai but he was very informative and helpful and know exactly what sofas to show us.

We went into Sofology not really knowing what we were looking for or even if we were buying a new sofa. We met the lovely Kai who gave us time and space to browse but was ready to answer questions when we had them. We found a sofa we loved but decided to go home and think on it. Kai was so helpful, it made it an easier decision to go for it, within an hour we were back a sofology with Kai securing the order. Thank you so much Kai, we are very excited for our new sofa to come!!
