We were greeted warmly and there was no pressure to buy. Very informative staff.

Bought a sofa in sale from sofology and got a great deal not going to lie but there was no issues whatsoever with the sofas. Got delivered 23 December 24, footrest mechanism broke 25 December 24. Took 7 months to get this fixed. 15nths in l noticed the cushioning in ine side of the sofa was deteriorating and the leather was wearing in parts. Contacted Sofology who said sorry as it was a clearance sofa there is nothing we can do. So after staying my consumer rights a technician was sent, he carried out multiple test and confirmed the leather was defective and the cushioning was deteriorating which all was not right. Sofology offered a full refund or credit straight away and would not entertain fixing the issues. I was then told l had a right to get the sofas fixed which l asked to be carried out multiple times but they kept saying it was on sale so no. What happened to something like a sofa is supposed to last at least a minimum of ten years not 15 mths, our sofas were supposed to be just under 5.5k so where is the quality here and durability of the sofas. My old sofa that is still going strong in my mother's house cost just under 6k and 21 years later still in fantastic condition. I will never buy from such a retailer again and advise anyone else to go elsewhere. 15 mths in l now have to loose the £250 l paid for insurance and start to look for another sofa but not from sofology.

We went to two shops and both of them were really good. Very helpful and had a variety of different sofas to check. The sales person quickly gauged my needs and emotions and matched it. I have no complaints..

I telephoned the Swindon store on Monday 18th May and spoke to Shanelle, who was so helpful.
She helped me to order a sofa online and stayed on the line to help me, when I paid the deposit.

Kai was fantastic and a credit to you. Very attentive and personable but not pushy. The environment was also very calm. Well done

Shanelle was very helpful and knowledgeable from the moment we walked in. We have limited space for a sofa and she was incredibly helpful, letting us know what she thought would work well. We couldn’t recommend enough!

Lovely store, no pressure from sales staff, I felt I could take my time walking around the store and looking at all the sofas. Great selection of sofa's to try. Highly recommend.
