The sofology team are AMAZING it is the best environment to purchase a sofa special shout out to ben ball mustafa pati raj hammad sak ruby alisha and harrison they are talented and have the skills to find the sofa you need come down!!!

Bal was pleasant and polite. Explained everything very clearly and allowed us time to make our decisions.
Store was clean and tidy. Displays well set out.

I went into Sofology on Saturday 31/1 to have a look around with my partner. We finally agreed on a Sofa and then we were going home to measure up. As we were leaving Abs gave us some information and set up our Sofology account so the sofa was already in our favourites.

After coming home we wanted to see it again just to make sure and as soon as we walked in today (1/1) he saw us and came straight over, went straight up to the sofa and answered all our questions. He ran through all the options and allowed us time to think about the options on our own. He even moved around the showroom so we could imagine the pathway by the sofa. He was so patient, funny and helpful and I really couldn’t recommend anyone else to have to support you whilst in there. He didn’t just want to get the sale done, he took his time and made sure it’s what we wanted. Was even great annoying his boss with 67 (very mature). Amazing store and staff, would definitely recommend!

Really helpful assistance and advice on how to setup our payment structure

Raj was great today, went really above what you would expect from anybody in sales in today’s world. Gave us all the information we asked for then left us enough space to go over it between ourselves before spending almost an hour with us explaining everything in detail. We finally decided on the options we wanted and our new furniture is on the way!

Great shopping experience and really happy with our new home additions thanks to Sofology and Raj.

Second visit in two days to double check one of our top two suites. The young man (Abs) who served us remembered us as soon as we walked in. Came over to us once we found the one we were looking for and explained the details to us again. He answered all our questions with ease then while we had a think he fetched us a drink. Once we said we wanted to go ahead and purchase he went through the process with us covering all the details.
We love the extensive choice of designs, finishes and colours. Overjoyed with our choice. Thank you Abs for your assistance.

No pressure to buy from salesperson Harrison. Great customer service , looked after us and showed us around . Showed brand knowledge and when not sure had his iPad handy to search sizes , colours etc .

Was patient with us going back and forth and explained the after sales warranty / insurance / finance options / delivery times etc . Great sofa ranges with a top lad to show us around .
