Sofology - Wednesbury レビュー 

Really pleased with the level of personalised service from Raj. We attended to purchase sofas for 2 rooms and he was very patient, helped us make the right choices, gave us fantastic advice and ensured that we were really happy with our choices before purchasing.
We were really grateful for his support with our purchases and would recommend sofology and Raj for his customer service.

Popped into Sofology Wednesbury after going to IKEA.

Good choice, staff said hello but weren't pushy, explained were different sofa types were (ie specific non recliners upstairs, recliners that could be ordered as non recliners downstairs)

Due to not having intended to visit we didn't have room measurements on us.

We were undecided on two different styles of furniture, because of size options so the sales rep Pati suggested (probably as a soft sell sales technique) that we put both ranges and various options of each into our basket on the website and when we get home just delete the ones we didn't want before placing an order.

We did it slightly differently, I opened a new basket, my wife deleted everything in hers, it just worked better in my name. Hopefully doing it this way hasn't affected any commissio / recognition the team at Wednesbury were due?

All good, as per title of review I can't comment on delivery / product as yet.

PS.. Pushy salesmanship wouldn't have worked with us, would have just walked out, so Pati's approach worked

Ease of ordering and no pressure and knowledge of sales people

Patrycja was very helpfull and patient. She explained everything really good. She gave us the time to think and make some decisions. Very pleased with the experience

Just ordered my sofa’s and not sure on the product itself but I just wanted to say how knowledgeable and helpful Alisha was in the Wednesbury store. I went in yesterday to ask some final questions and she was brilliant. Her calm demeanour and no pressure sales was great. She knows her stuff and simply great. Nothing was too much for her. Thank you!

Thought the young guy Abs was very helpful and professional

My experience has not been the best. After going to thr store to complete documents and follow on with the credit check, I was asked to contact them later as they were doing further checks. Then was told to wait 24 hrs for an email.

I called again nxt day, they asked me to wait another 24 hrs, not at all happy rite now.

Very informative pleasure to buy

Haven’t had delivery yet but the service in store is absolutely brilliant! Me and my Mrs had Pati initially come and spend loads of time helping us find a great design for a sofa to fit in our kitchen after showing her photos. She started sketching designs and I thought she was like a professional interior designer! Then Harrison brilliantly helped us close on a sofa and gave us a lot of time and felt no pressure on purchase! Gave us lots of honest advice to make the final decision. Easy to communicate with over email! Manager very friendly too!

After purchase help also very good when adding things such as sofaglides etc.

Brilliant all round by the store! Just wish sofa was a bit cheaper/discounted aha but sure it will be worth it!

Amazing

As with regards to the Wednesbury branch, we received superb top level customer care both from the sales team Pati & Rubi as well as a personal touch and help from the Manager, Ben who all spent so much time helping and guiding us to find exactly what we wanted without being pushy or trying to drive a sale whatsoever. All 3 of them were understanding, caring and knowledgeable about the products. The knowledge about the different options was impressive and genuinely helpful and couldn’t have done more for us. It made a big decision in us feeling relaxed and happy.

We were quite late getting to the shop to have a look around and once on deciding to buy a new sofa, they stayed over in the shop for 45 minutes after closing time to complete the paperwork.
Thank you very much, much appreciated a nd look forward to our new sofa.

Very great customer service. Didn’t feel rushed or pressured to pay any extra, took his time to answer all the questions we had. All around great service and we are very happy.

I visited the Wednesbury store which is really clean and nicely laid out. What was really refreshing compared to other furniture stores was being asked if I needed any help as I walked past a member of staff rather than being ambushed. Massive thanks to Pati who was a huge help as I already knew what I wanted after visiting a few days earlier, but she helped with all the finer details asking questions about things I wouldn't have thought about, even to the point where we were moving all the furniture around and trying different combos just to be sure. I even got pranked which was all in good fun. Shout out and thanks to Harrison too, who helped when I visited earlier in the week - another really friendly member of staff. An easy 5 stars.

Harrison looked after me, Friday, Got everything in place for purchase , I took sample home that evening To see how would look , went back Saturday Ordered Sofa , the Staff were amazing Thankyou making my experience to easy
