I hate the whole subscription model that software companies insist on using now - i cannot afford to keep paying continuously for the rest of my life. I want to pay once and get to keep what I have paid for. If I want updates i can buy updates. So hurrah for Softifix - i've bought two lifetime licenses from them and so far, so good, it's only been a week. But so far the programs are working perfectly and had no issues with the website or the downloads.

Fast response, and help when requested.

It's a scam!
They also don't answer to the mails after you buy "stuff" from them and don't even think about getting updates. They are unreliable. I don't know why it still exists.

The software sold is advertised as a lifetime license deal. REALITY is it is pirated software to be downloaded from malware riddled dodgy servers.
Of course no response from them regarding this and will seek to recover my money.
Avoid at all costs.

This is a scam company. I paid for Microsoft Office 2021 Professional Plus + Windows 11 Professional Keys × 1 in Jan 19, 2025 using my credit card and till now didn't receive the product. I contacted them many times thru emails and their chat app and not a single response from them. Their softifix.com website is well done professioally to deceive customers like me. This is the first time I experienced scam and since I used my credit card on their website, I am obliged to request my credit card company to cancel and issue a new one. These scammers have no heart and I advice whoever deals with this company beware. These guy/s running this webite have no other sources of income except thru cheating, scammimg and fraud.

None of the products are genuine. Got a pop up message that says its not genuine and cannot proceed any further. I lost my money on these products and none refunded. Again, hard to contact them on phone given in their website and also no response to my email. Even thru their chatbox agent, cannot contact them and no response. The only time I got contacted from them is related to credit card issues which they are forced to repay and also fined. Better not deal with this company.

Cracked software die niet werkt. Beloven refund, maar die krijg je niet.

BUYER BEWARE - I bought Photoshop from these guys. It does not work. I asked for help and they wanted me to grant them remote access to my PC...Cyber security Red Flag.
I've requested a refund 7 times now...they do not even respond!
Do not buy from them unless you want to hand over your money for nothing!

Pirate software and I fell for it sweet as, well thats what you get for being greedy and expecting something that seems too good to be true to actually be a bargain, came up after 10 days saying it was pirated software and would be deleted, going by other customers its a waste of time contacting Softifix so will just put it down to experience.

Scammers will scam. Stay away from them.

They sell illegal software from Adobe, which they present as a lifetime license, after purchase you will receive a link to download a cracked version from an unauthorized server, after a short time Adobe will warn you that you are using an illegal license and the software will be deactivated within a few days. I think the other software in thie store is also pirated. I report illegal sales to Adobe.

Software nicht aktivierbar und wurde nach einer gewissen Zeit gesperrt! Ständig kam eine Meldung, dass es sich um eine gecrackte Software handelt

The installer does not work. No help received. Very dubious: the software downloads are hosted on mega.nz. Better keep your hands off it

Unfortunately, the software (Adobe Photoshop) no longer works. The error message blocks its use. Support could solve this, but no one is responding. It's a shame that you have to spend money on software that doesn't work.

Scam site selling pirated software, bought 3 adobe products, one link was not even working (could not be downloaded, saying download limit was reached, even though I clicked it the first time), the other two were PDF files with links to bit.ly. These links were redirects to mega.nz, where there were multiple versions of the Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign as zip files.
It did not include any licensing.

Just a side note: After purchasing these pirated copies, I found out Adobe does not even offer their products as a one-time buy with lifetime activation.

Unfortunately got scammed 3 times in a row, but I would never expect that somebody would be actually selling stolen software. Lesson learnt.

I had problem for installation.
The support does answer (chat and mail).
The product is not yet install.
