Zeer goede dienstverlening en schone, nette auto. Medewerkers zijn heel kundig en klantvriendelijk.

Already paid for insurance through booking agent and then was advised by Moovers Alicante agent i needed their insurance for full coverage for everything. What i was getting wasn't properly explained and elements of it were definitely unnecessary. Complained but was presented back with this is their standard procedures (which they didn't follow) but they weren't really interested and was happy to take my inflated insurance payment and not have me as a customer anymore. I will not trust them with my business again and would suggest anyone using them to be absolutely clear on anything extra they try and charge you.

A very disappointing experience. Extra costs were imposed on dubious grounds. What comes to gasolin fees, we were blatantly cheated. Unfortunately we cannot trust this company at all, and advice other customers to avoid. (see numerous similar experiences written in Google and Trustpilot). This review is not to harm the company's reputation but to inform customers of poor and dishonest performance. Regards, three disappointed customers from Finland.

Super car hire company, prompt collection and delivery to and from the airport. The car was almost new and in immaculate condition. The staff were really pleasant and professional - would definitely recommend. Shame they are not in other countries

I will definitely use Moovers again.. The car was modern and clean. There was no pressure to take out their insurance. Staff very polite. What really impressed me, the lovely lady who was serving me, came out with her Ipad and took pictures of the whole car including the chassis. Took 5 minutes and these were then emailed to me so I could see any damage. After checking on my return my deposit was released before I left the office. My only complaint, I did not get the car I chose, although the t and cs does say or similar I wanted a Peugeot 3008 which was 19 inches longer than the car I got However the overall experience was well worth it

Kleinschalig, persoonlijk, service. Betrouwbaar, snel en kwalitatief goede auto. Geen verkooppraatjes om verzekeringen aan te smeren; slechts attenderen op eigen risico en gevolgen. Verademing in autoverhuur land.

Wrote an 'honest review' after returning a vehicle on 31 July and being charged 181€ extra for a 2mm stone chip. Still gave the company 3 stars and said i would use them again but would be more careful when checking the vehicle over.

Was disappointed as used them 3 tines previously and had great service and new clean cars from Moovers and gave them a 5 star review prior to then.

So hired another car from Moovers (so could hopefully give them a 5 star review to restore my opinion of them) on the 20 August from a 3rd party only to receive an email the next day from the 3rd party stating 'Moovers have been in contact and 'didn't have any cars available for those dates'.

Strange as I went on the 3rd party website again and it was showing vehicles available on the dates from Moovers. I then contacted Moovers asking 'could they be honest and say have I been blocked from hiring a car from them due to my review'. Moovers had read my message but I didn't get any response.

It's a shame that Moovers have now blocked me from hiring a car from them due to me posting an honest review. When they charged me the 181€ I didn't make an issue as my father in law had just passed away that day I was returning home. Moovers had already released my €1000 deposit and I just gave them my card to pay the charge.

Moovers have got one of the best review scores for car hire companies at Alicante and I would have used them again.

I read this earlier review and because I agree with everything they wrote and I’m lazy (but want to leave a good review for Moovers because I was so happy with their service), here it is again:
I recently rented a car from MOOVERS Alicante, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From start to finish, everything was seamless and hassle-free. When I arrived at the airport, they were easily contactable and arrived within 5 minutes of me calling them to take us to rental location which is very near to the airport and from the start to finish the staff were friendly and professional, making the pickup process quick and efficient.
The (free upgraded) car itself was in excellent condition, clean, and well-maintained. I felt confident and safe driving it throughout my trip. Returning the car was just as easy as picking it up, with no hidden fees or surprises – really exceptional customer experience as well with the staff at return being as awesome as those we had at pick up.
What really stood out to me was the exceptional customer service. The team at MOOVERS Alicante went above and beyond to ensure that my rental experience was a positive one. They were attentive to my needs and genuinely cared about providing the best service possible.
Overall, I highly recommend MOOVERS Alicante to anyone in need of a rental car – you hear horror stories with other providers but MOOVERS were great. Their dedication to customer satisfaction, combined with their excellent fleet of vehicles, makes them the go-to choice for car rentals. I will definitely be using them again in the future!

We used Moovers for car hire in February 2025 at Alicante and found them to be very polite and efficient.
I would highly recommend them to any travelers- their prices are competitive and the service is first class.

Just returned from holiday which we used Moovers at the airport for a short rental ! I thought they were spot on at all levels.

Not safe ground, company to be avoided. I was about to place a reservation with this company to rent a car, and thanks god I called first to the office they have outside and far away from alicante airport, so I was able to have a conversation with a unpolite, entitled, disrespectful and lack of commonsense office manager ( as he mentioned he was the office manager ). I was explaining him I was visiting alicante, I was about to place a reservation and wanted to make sure they have that specific car available. As soon as he heard me speaking spanish, (I speak several languages native level), supposed I was from Alicante, and started to convince me not to rent the car. The strong argument to convince me about not to rent a car, is that if you dont have a boarding pass ( mental ) you can not rent a car with us. I was asking him where I could find those conditions exposed to the public as a request for renting a car because have mentioned few friends the good prices they offer and wanted them to check first of course, and he was insisting that it is well stated everywhere, but its not. Its not in their website or other platforms. In an attempt to get close to him because the conversation was turning unnecessarily weird and he was starting to sound rude, I played the common grounds card, we both work in moreless same environment arround aviation. I said, its okey, work for an airline man, and can provide my boarding pass. As soon as I mentioned I work for an airline, he told me that then my boarding pass was a false document (dont know what level of disrespectfulness this takes), and that he was not going to accept it. I just landed the day before, with a regular boarding pass for the airline I work for, and going away in 9 days, and about to place the reservation for that period. Apparently, you have to make a reservation and then get the surprise with the conditions. like if you want to know what are the conditions that you are giving me the money upon, you have to give me the money first LOL. Is the most hyllarious conversation I have had so far with an individual like that. Company to avoid, and heads up, it could be possible that you are cancelled your reservation if you dont have a boarding pass, or if you mention that you work for an airline (it seems theres no aviation mindset community behind this people), maybe they will think that your physical boarding pass with your name that you used to go on holidays to visit some friends to España is a false document because you work for an airline, despite that you are just a regular turist. I repeat: not safe ground, company to be avoided. Of course will spread this gar ba ge experience in the airport community environment so everybody knows what they would be dealing with when placing a reservation with them.
