Problemen gehad met Illustrator, perfect opgelost

Geleverde software voldoet uitstekend en indien er zich toch nog een probleem voor doet bijv met installatie of update, wordt deze zeer snel en adequaat opgelost.

Zeer te vreden , dus echt een aanrader

Software Distribution were very helpful when an email with a licence key didnt come through. They sent it manually to my email address with good instructions. Always replied to emails.

After more than 3 months still no computer that I paid for on june 19th. Everytime I contacted the CEO, he had a new lie to tell me. This is a FRAUD. I filed a complaint by the police for swindle. Don't trust this firm or his representative.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would have.

They advertised a years subscription to Malwarebytes for £19 via Wowcher.

Then the code they gave me wouldn’t work.

Malwarebytes looked into it and it turns out that this company (SD) sells “REBURBISHED LICENCES” that MB wouldn’t authorise as it had been used multiple times around the world already this year.

So refund from them. They just insisted they were right and MB were wrong.

I have had to write off the £19.00

Then they had the cheek to offer me a full refund if I would remove this review!!

Software-distribution.com en softwaredistri.com worden beheerd door dezelfde persoon waarvan één van zijn bedrijven in 2023 failliet werd verklaard.

ben nu sinds Juni bezig met dit bedrijf om een bestelde en betaalde HP workstation te krijgen, tot op heden niks geleverd. Ben sinds vorige maand bezig om mijn geld terug te krijgen omdat er niks geleverd is. er worden toezeggingen gedaan maar er wordt niks waargemaakt. flut bedrijf, niks bestellen daar!. dit nijgt naar oplichters praktijken

Software distributors are very genuine and they have a great customer service! Had a problem with my voucher but the team helped me in a short space of time! I will definitely recommend them to my colleagues:)

Second to none service, had an issue with the license and their helpdesk resolved it in a matter of minutes in a professional manner. Great choice of software at an affordable price.

I bought the software pack on Friday and within couple of hours I received the download link with instruction manual. No issues with the product installation expect a slight glitch in installing one of the software (from a pack of 13), contacted the sales team on Friday night and recieved the response with new download link and instruction on saturday morning, can't ask for better after sales. Thanks software distribution.

Quickly received download links after purchase, products work fine, had a slight issue with Adobe Acrobat but was quickly resolved with great customer service, would recommend.

Eind 2022 een software licentie gekocht, maar door allerlei oorzaken deze niet in gebruik genomen.
Bijna een jaar later de licentie alsnog in gebruik willen nemen, maar toen bleek deze niet te werken.
Hierover gemaild en ik kreeg per omgaande een nieuwe licentie toegestuurd die wel werkt. Prima service!

Had a few issues initially but the online support soon resolved the issue and download was successful
All works perfectly now.

Really smooth transaction. Software emailed through within a few hours. Delivered everything I ordered as described. Great after sales online support when I needed it. Really great experience.

Purchased software through Wowcher, Pieter answered to my installation query very quickly on a Saturday and now all up and running

Pieter was very helpful in getting me up and running, he didn’t stop until it was sorted and sort it he did. I would highly recommend them, I will be purchasing premier pro from them soon. Thank you again.

Quick, easy, great customer service and product

Absolute joke of a company. Bought the adobe master collection software bundle which was advertised as coming with classes for the software purchased. Lies complete lies. Contacted wowcher who washed their hands of the transaction (despite selling the voucher for the company). Told to contact software distribution. Problems as follows.

1. Software package to be downloaded was Broken and didn’t install properly despite several downloads and software advertised not in the package as promised.

2 The classes /courses I paid for were not included apparently wowcher made a mistake but they refused a refund saying they would sort something out about both the missing software and courses( which of course never materialised. (These courses have now been removed from the wowcher part of the site)

3. Software unable to save or print files rendering it useless. ( only ever seen this with trial ware that expired before. The install process seems to install patched trial ware and is sold as “refurbished shoftware license”. The package when unzipped contains files marked as trial ware and there seems to be software patched to remove the trial part. I Was promised a teams support call to resolve. These issues.

4. Teams meeting didn’t even happen as the links they sent were invalid. So the meeting didn’t take place despite my teams software fully functioning and giving my details another wasted 3 hours. Was communicating via email explaining their links didn’t work and sent my teams details to them all during the 3 hour windows they put aside so they can’t say I wasn’t available it’s all documented and screenshots taken. Then got email saying they would not discuss this any more but would issue a refund. Waited a few days NO SIGN OF A REFUND either directly to me or via Wowcher.

I decided to contact them again a few times no response however eventually got another email saying the refund was made I just need to wait a few days. However STILL NO REFUND AS PROMISED. So now calling them out on here about it. Offering services they don’t supply, selling broken download software potentially patched trialware, no courses as advertised and no technical support to speak of. Ironically the support was free links they sent didn’t work but contact through normal channels seemed to but at £15 I think for a couple of minutes. Then adding insult to injury no refund as promised or even any indication from my bank or wowcher it has even been made.

Definitely a company to avoid. £100 spent for nothing and no way to claim it back disgusting.

I will update in the near future if anything changes or if indeed this is resolved but I’m not holding my breath.

Now I understand why I was told not to contact adobe as they say it’s not supported by them.

IMPORTANT UPDATE
04-September-2023

So after waiting a good lot time I can confirm that the issues above have not been resolved. Furthermore the promised refund has not been received and requests for info about where the supossed refund was made to was ignored. Now the company in question appears to have notified trust pilot that ive reviewed the wrong company. All links via wowcher go to this company and the trust pilot links go to this company. I'm guessing this was done to have the negative removed. This is a bonefide review of the poor service and broken promises made by the company. If this company is fake or another company has faked their info to match this one i will immediately change the review accordingly.

Latest update 09/09/2023
So waited more than the max time for a refund to be processed and surprise surprise I haven’t received it despite an email saying it had been issued. Can only assume I have been lied to. I might also be blocked now as all emails sent to them are now bouncing back as undeliverable. Shame on you. Literally wish I could give minus five stars. At least I can understand the reason their high ranking on their site. The only way to check out the feedback is to pay to use the feedback site. Thank goodness for Trust Pilot.

Further update 15 Sept 2023

Pop up on my pc after 30 days from adobe. “This software is unlicensed” you have 10 days to buy an adobe product or the software will be completely disabled. That’s without me logged in or using an adobe account. So proves their refurbished licenses are worth nothing. £100 for 30 days of broken software / not fully working software and no courses. Disgusting customer service.
